Who runs Voonyle
Voonyle is an independent project built and run by Jacky Voon in Malaysia. You can reach us at privacy@voonyle.com.
KiKi is information, not advice
KiKi explains AI systems, model choices and prompting, and shares news only after a person has reviewed it. Even so, AI changes quickly and any page can be incomplete or out of date. Each item shows its source and when it was checked; please check sources before relying on them. Nothing on Voonyle is professional, legal, financial or medical advice.
Accounts
Accounts are by invitation. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at privacy@voonyle.com if you think someone else has used it. We may suspend or close an account that is misused or that puts the service or other people at risk.
Using the site fairly
Please don’t use Voonyle for anything unlawful, try to get around its security, access accounts that aren’t yours, or send traffic at a rate that disrupts the service for others. If you find a security problem, please tell us at privacy@voonyle.com before sharing it.
Your content and ours
The notes and learning records you add stay yours; you allow us to store and process them only to run Voonyle for you. Voonyle’s own writing and design belong to Voonyle. You may use the Prompt studio templates freely in your own work. Sources that KiKi links to belong to their owners.
Availability
We work to keep Voonyle running and your data safe, including daily backups, but it is provided as it is, without guarantees that it will always be available or error-free. Features may change, and a world may be paused or retired; if that affects your account, we will tell you and help you take your data with you.
Liability
As far as the law allows, Voonyle is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from using the site or relying on its content. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Malaysian law that cannot be limited, including under the Consumer Protection Act 1999.
Changes and law
If these terms change in a way that matters, we will update the date above and, if you have an account, tell you first. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
